With nearly seven years of experience in technology overall, Robyn’s journey into IT wasn’t just about job opportunity, it was about following a lifelong fascination with tech that started long before it became their profession.
As one of tru’s IT Technical Support Associates, Robyn has saved the day at least once for every client and staff. They’ve become a go-to expert for backend coding projects, phishing analytics, and security awareness training. Their work goes beyond support tickets, delving into detailed reports on click-through rates, completion stats, and user behavior all in service of making the company safer, smarter and more efficient with their knowledge of automation and cybersecurity.

Since joining tru, Robyn has pushed themselves to level up constantly. Their skills in things like programming languages like PowerShell and batch scripting have grown dramatically making what was once long and manual process a thing of the past. The CompTIA A+ certified helps, but it’s the hands-on, real-world problem solving that’s shaped them most here at tru.
Off the clock, Robyn’s inspiration is deeply personal. Their work allowed their partner, Lilly, to stay home with their daughter Jupiter and when home with them loves to explore, play games, read and even write stories of their own.
