With a rich background, Allison brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her role. Starting with a degree in psychology from Cabrini University, she ventured into the world of HR through an interest in industrial/organization psychology. Her career path led her through various businesses, including past HR roles in the oil industry and a technology startup.
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Allison has always carried her roots with pride. Now residing in the heart of Philly with her husband and fur children, a cat Lazlo and dog Maeve. She was recently married on a memorable Friday the 13th, a testament to her shared love for all things spooky.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Allison finds joy in a myriad of interests. Whether it's losing herself in a good book, exploring hiking trails, or cheering for Philadelphia sports team (Go Birds!), she embraces life with enthusiasm. Over everything else, cherishes time spent with family, including her two young nieces.
