Celeste joined the tru team in 2022 and quickly made a significant impact in the restructuring of the billing department from the ground up. She helped pioneer the truView systems and billing practices with her team, leveraging her extensive experience and innovative mindset. Notably, Celeste earned her MBA in just 18 months while working at tru full-time, exemplifying her dedication and ability to apply advanced principles directly to her workplace. Her mantra, "Evolve or die," reflects her commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability.

Celeste's leadership is defined by her holistic view of operations, considering both the big and small pictures to make informed decisions. She emphasizes streamlining processes and adapting billing practices to meet each client's unique needs, enhancing their experience and improving efficiency. Reflecting on her career, Celeste advises young professionals to view every challenge as a learning opportunity.

“ I believe that everything is teachable. There isn’t a problem that exists that doesn’t have an answer to it. It is our job to figure out the best way to find the answer and keep ask yourself moving forward if this is the best answer or the best way to accomplish something. That is how we keep growing and improving in life.”

A standout moment in her career involved deep-diving into undocumented practices, uncovering inefficiencies, and improving audit procedures for clients. Her efforts have not only streamlined processes but also improved communication between advisors and tru.

After earning her MBA from WGU, Celeste celebrated by traveling to Japan, where she indulged her love for food, especially sushi, and her passion for travel. She fulfilled a lifelong dream by visiting Japan and fell in love with its culture and scenery. Kyoto quickly became her favorite place due to its status as the cultural center of Japan. Her fondest memory is visiting the Kiyomizu-dera temple, which offered a stunning view of modern Kyoto while capturing the essence of Japanese history. The temple hovers above the tree line, revealing miles of forest on a clear day—a truly heavenly experience.
