Meet Billing Analyst Hannah Handgis!
A dedicated professional born & raised in Arizona, Hannah will soon embark on a relocation to Tacoma, Washington alongside her fiancé Peter and their two cherished feline companions, Theo and Mila.
Over the past year, Hannah has played an instrumental role within tru, emerging as an indispensable member of the billing team. Her commitment lies in enhancing operational efficiency by refining procedures, conducting meticulous audits, and optimizing billing systems to cater to the evolving needs of tru's expanding clientele.
Hannah’s career trajectory reflects a transition from a background in merchandise to her current position as Billing Analyst. She joined tru after 4 years with a BD/RIA firm where she ascended to the esteemed role of Primary Advisory Biller. Her professional evolution was guided by a profound appreciation for the intricate facets of financial processes and finding fulfillment in reconciliation.

Her move to the Pacific Northwest fuels the anticipation to pursue her passion of exploring the outdoors. She is always on the hunt for a good trail or adventure, especially if it involves horses.
Hannah's affinity for horses has been a lifelong devotion. Beyond personal enjoyment, she volunteered at a rescue ranch for 2 years – feeding/medicating ill or senior horses, as a part of training teams and aiding in the preparation of rescue horses to engage with children. Her involvement with Reigning Grace Ranch embodies her commitment to the community and her care for animals. Here, she actively tended to rescue animals while training horsemanship skills to young individuals.
