Josh is an invaluable member of the tru Independence family with a wealth of experience spanning over 18 years. Josh's journey in accounting has been marked by significant milestones and achievements, each contributing to his professional growth and success.
One standout accomplishment in Josh's career was during his tenure at the Museum of American Revolution, where he revolutionized project workflows. By designing and implementing a streamlined process, Josh transformed a month-long project into a task completed in mere hours, showcasing his ingenuity and efficiency.
In another memorable moment, Josh showcased his adaptability on stage while working at the Philadelphia Orchestra, where he got to perform with the orchestra and Steve Martin. When a singer dropped out at the last minute, Josh seized the opportunity and volunteered to fill the spot (despite his lack of singing skills). Steve Martin warmly welcomed him, remarking, "I'd like to welcome to the stage 5 singers and an accountant," in recognition of Josh's spontaneous participation.
Josh's work style is defined by his commitment to process refinement and efficiency in his day-to-day work.
